Anthony Rook retires as a partner
The firm’s co-founder retires from the partnership after eighteen years and becomes a consultant.
Anthony Rook, who founded Halden Rook with Margaret Halden in 2003, retires as a partner today. He will remain with the firm as a consultant, advising a small number of clients of long standing.
“Anthony wrote the firm’s first guidance, opened its second office and taught most of its partners how to draft,” said Margaret Halden. “He has asked that there be no party. There will be a dinner.”
